the hospitality is very much superb and specially receptionists are very much kind and friendly, have given very good information about everything,receptionist miss.sita she gave us all information about the hotel and she is very polite and friendly and the way she explained was very good.over all everything excellent,thank u.

I love this place. The lobby is small but nice and cozy. I saw a duo singing there, Marie and Medic, from the Philippines. They are awesome. The hotel is clean and grand, the staff are friendly and accommodating. For me, the location is perfect.

Very good hotel. Centre of Phuket, can enjoy all city activities and Patong beach. Also Hotel Staff Miss Oil found very helpfull during the stay. Break fast was very lavish, I like healthy energy detox drinks very nice. Suggest to improve on Indian dishes taste.

Cannot wait to go back - had the best time.

Had a fabulous 10 days here. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, especially Aib, Nueng, Mew and Mind on reception and Mam K and Fang on the cleaning staff. We're heading home today and sorry we didn't book a longer stay. From the breakfast, to the in room service to the relaxing pool, we've had the best time. Close to Central, Jungceylon centre and Bangla St. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxury stay in Phuket.
